Get Everything in Order, Step by Step
Practical, hands-on support gathering your paperwork, recording your wishes, and creating a folder your family can turn to.
Are you ready to stop putting this off?
Let's turn the thing you've been meaning to do for years into something that is finally written down.
Together, we'll:
Gather the Paperwork — Bring together your will, power of attorney, accounts and other paperwork into one place.
Capture Your Wishes — Put your funeral wishes, letters to the people you love and what matters to you into words, not just in your head.
Pass On the Everyday Knowledge — Record the practical details, from bin day to the boiler engineer, so whoever steps in isn't left guessing.
Keep You Moving — Hands-on, practical help, sitting alongside you while you fill your folder in.

>> For those who want hands-on help getting it all done.

Guides You Can Work Through Yourself
Plain-English guides you can read or fill in at your own pace, with no visit required. A good starting point if you would simply like to understand what needs doing and what to expect, or if you'd like to do it yourself.

Guided & Organised, In Person
From £155
Kate visits you at home, shows you how the folder works, and talks you through what to gather so that the papers and information your family would need to deal with your affairs are in one place.
You can then carry on by yourself with the guides Kate leaves you, or ask her to work through them with you. There is no obligation either way.
Some people prefer not to do it alone. If you would like more hands on help, more time is available. Each of these sessions is booked and priced separately from the Introductory Visit, and you only take what is useful to you.

Bespoke folders from Fox Folders
If you would like something more personal than the standard folder, Fox Folders make premium, personalised ones. The link below takes you to their website, where you design your own folder and pay for it there. Kate is happy to work with yours.
Design your folder with Fox Folders
Fox Folders is a separate business, and An Ordered Life receives no commission when you buy from them.

How it works
A simple, practical process that turns everything in your head into one clear physical folder — here's how it works.

Initial Call and Introductory Visit – Understand & Align
We start with a free initial call. If you would like to go ahead, I visit you at home to talk through what matters to you and what needs gathering.

Tailored Plan – Implementation & Accountability
If you want further support, I'll recommend the right package and folder for your situation, so every session is working towards a well-organised folder, not just a longer to-do list.

Ongoing Review – Keep It Current
If you choose one of our annual options, I will contact you each year to help you check that everything is still current.
For your reassurance and guidance
I hold an enhanced DBS certificate, which I renew every year. I am registered with the Information Commissioner's Office and I am insured. I never keep or copy what goes in your folder. My Privacy Policy explains how I look after your information.
An Ordered Life does not give legal, financial or medical advice. Anything we share about wills, lasting powers of attorney, finances or what happens after a death is general information only. For anything legally binding, we recommend taking advice from a qualified solicitor, financial adviser or other regulated professional.
